Antegra Estate featured in an editorial in the Good Life section of the Manly Daily on Saturday May 7, 2016. Here is a few small snippets from the article.
Senior communities such as Antegra Estate in Leppington in Sydney’s southwest offer residences to people in their 50s. They are built under the Manufactured Home Act, rather than the Retirement Villages Act – which states that residents must be predominantly retired and over 55.
Far from being places with “old” people playing bingo, communities are springing up all over Australia. They are lifestyle driven, offering leisure activities such as pools, gyms, tennis courts, dance classes, yoga, craft and social gatherings in a community of like-minded people. In fact, many retirement communities are becoming home to Australians who are not retired.
